How Mevo Integrates with AGL
When connected, the Mevo camera streams live video directly into the AGL platform. Viewers can watch the game in real time while stats, scoring, and game data are managed within AGL.
Known Limitations
When using a Mevo camera with AGL, be aware of the following limitations:
No Offline Uploads
Mevo streams must be live. Games cannot be uploaded after the event. No Post-Game Recovery
If a streaming issue occurs during a live game and is not caught before the game ends, recovery of the video may not be possible.
Because of this, it is important to monitor your stream throughout the game.
Tips and Best Practices
Test your upload speed at the field before first pitch
Monitor the stream during the game to catch issues early
Restart the stream immediately if problems occur
Use a stable, dedicated internet connection when possible
Troubleshooting
Issue: Mevo stream will not connect
Try: Confirm your upload speed meets the 2.5 Mbps requirement and restart both the Mevo camera and the AGL app.
Issue: Stream drops during the game
Try: Check network stability and reconnect immediately to avoid losing video.
