  • Width: 81.2 mm

  • Thickness: 16.1 mm

Weight
  • Total weight (including battery): 340 g

Mounting Location
  • Mount the camera on a chain link fence or netting backstop behind home plate

  • Weave mounting straps through the fence to create tension

Note: Netting backstops may allow more movement than chain link fencing.

Zoom Controls
  • Default zoom: 1.0x

  • Zoom in max: 4.0x

  • Zoom out max: 0.50x

Best Practice
  • If the fence is close to home plate, use zoom out to capture both 1st and 3rd base clearly

  • Use the + button to zoom in

  • Use the – button to zoom out

How Auto-Focus Works
  1. Tap a player on the field

  2. Once the image is clear, select Auto Focus

  3. The button turns orange, confirming focus is locked

Once locked, the stream will remain focused throughout the game.

Enable Battery Saver
  1. Tap the sun icon

  2. The screen will dim

  3. Battery life will last longer while streaming continues uninterrupted

How to Test Data Plans
  1. Open the Speedtest app on the AGL Camera

  2. Check which carrier is currently active

  3. Tap Go and note the results

  4. Switch to the other carrier in device settings

  5. Run Speedtest again

  6. Select the carrier with the stronger upload speed

Recommendation:

  • Upload speed should be 1.3 Mbps or higher for best viewing experience

  • Always test both carriers at the field

How to Switch Data Providers
  1. Open Device Settings

  2. Select SIM Card & Mobile Data

  3. Tap Data Preference

  4. Choose Verizon or T-Mobile

  5. The device will reconnect automatically

Tips and Best Practices
  • The AGL Camera arrives preconfigured and ready to stream

  • Simply sign into the preinstalled AGL app to get started

  • Always test data strength before the game begins

  • Use battery saver mode for long events

  • Secure the camera tightly to avoid movement
