This guide is for coaches, team admins, and staff responsible for managing live streams. You will learn how to properly end a live stream, where to find the end stream controls, and how to confirm that the stream has ended successfully. To complete these steps, you must have created the account or be assigned the role of team admin and be actively hosting or managing a live stream within the live streaming interface.
1: Locate the End Stream Button
While the stream is live, find the red End Stream button on the right side of the screen.
2: End the Stream
Click the End Stream button.
When prompted, select Yes to confirm ending the stream.
3: Confirm Success
The live stream will stop, and you will be returned to the post-stream screen or dashboard.
Tips and Best Practices
Notify all team members before ending the stream
Confirm the stream has fully ended before closing the app or browser
Allow a few seconds for the system to process the stream ending
