This guide walks coaches through reviewing and approving fan requests to follow their team. Once a request is approved, the fan will be able to watch the team's games.
Step 1: Select Your Team
From the AGL Home Screen:
- Select your team.
- Select Roster.
Step 2: Open Pending Requests & Invites
From the Roster screen:
- Select Pending Requests and Invites.
- Under the Pending Requests tab, you will see fans who have requested to follow your team.
Step 3: Approve or Reject a Request
For each pending fan request, choose the appropriate option:
- Approve – Allows the fan to follow your team and watch games.
- Reject – Declines the fan's request to follow the team.
Previously Approved Fans
You can view fans who have already been approved under the Claim Request tab.
