Changing Season

This guide is for coaches, team admins, and trusted staff who manage teams across multiple seasons in AthletesGoLive. You will learn how to switch between existing seasons and create a new season using the season selector. To complete these steps, you must have an existing team account with at least one season already created.


1: Select Your Team
  • Sign in to your account.

  • Select your team from the dashboard.

2: Open the Season Menu
  • Locate the season drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

  • Select the drop-down to view available seasons.

3: Change or Create a Season
  • Select a previously created season to switch views.

  • Or select the option to create a new season and follow the prompts.

Once selected, the team will update to reflect the chosen season.

  • Verify the correct season is selected before scheduling games or managing rosters

  • Create a new season at the start of each year to keep records organized

  • Use past seasons to review historical stats and team information
