This guide is for athletes or parents/guardians who have been added to a team roster in the Athletes Go Live (AGL) app and need to accept the athlete invitation. You will learn how to review the pending athlete request, create a new athlete profile or link an existing one, and confirm successful acceptance. To complete these steps, you must have an AGL account and access to the AGL app.
1: Log In and Review the Athlete Invite
- Log in to the AGL app.
- When you are added to a team roster, an Athlete Pending prompt will appear.
- Select Review Athlete to continue.
2: Choose How to Link the Athlete
- Select Create New Athlete if this is the first time setting up the athlete profile.
- Select Select Existing Athlete if the athlete profile already exists. You can then merge the profiles.
3: Create a New Athlete Profile (If Needed)
- Enter the athlete’s name.
- Enter the jersey number.
- Enter the graduation year.
- Select Save to create the profile.
4: Confirm Acceptance
- After saving, you will receive a confirmation alert that the invite was accepted successfully.
- The athlete will now appear on your Home Screen and be linked to the team.

Try logging out and back in, or confirm the team has added the correct email address.
