This guide is for team admins or scorekeepers who are ready to begin scoring a scheduled game in the AGL app. You will learn how to start scoring, set your lineup, choose which team bats first, and begin recording plays. To complete these steps, you must have team credentials and access to the AGL mobile app version 2.0.
1: Select the Scheduled Game
- Open the AGL app.
- Select your team from the Home Screen.
- Choose the scheduled game you want to score.
2: Start Scoring
- From the game details screen, select Start Scoring.
- Choose how you want to set your lineup:
- Set lineup now, or
- Set lineup during the game
- Select the orange Start Scoring button to continue.
3: Choose Who Bats First
- When prompted, select which team is batting first.
- Confirm your selection to begin the game.
4: Begin Scoring the Game
- Select the softball or baseball icon to start scoring the game.
- Continue scoring each play as the game progresses.
