How to Cancel my Subscription

If you purchased a subscription from our Website here is how to cancel subscription:

1. Log in to your account as fan on the website athletesgolive.com (not app on phone)

2. Choose Menu bar on top left of screen (three bars)

3. Choose Subscription

4. Choose Cancel Subscription (red cancel button)

5. Enter reason for cancellation

6. Choose ok to confirm cancelation

CANCELLATION CAN ONLY BE DONE ON WEBSITE LOG IN, NOT ON MOBILE APPLICATION

*Note: You will continue to be billed until the entire cancelation process is completed. If the red cancelation button is still visible, your account is still active.
