At the top of the page click Login/Register

Select New Users? Register here

Select I am a Fan "OK"

Complete registration information and click "next"

Choose Subscription Plan and enter credit card information.

Note:  To assure games load properly to the athlete profile be sure the email used for Premier Subscription and team roster are the same.
