If you are unable to access or see games on athlete profile, follow these suggestions:
>Please confirm with your team admin the email used on the team roster agrees with your Fan Pass/Athlete Profile account and you will be able to see everything. In order for the scoring app to load the stats properly to your athlete profile the email used for the Fan Pass and Team Roster must agree.
>The communication feature of the app uses the default email address of the player's mobile device. So when a player clicks share with a coach it pulls the "from" address from the mobile device not the email in the athlete profile.
>If you have not set up the athlete profile: Log in as usual, choose role as athlete and complete all required (*) fields. If athlete profile is set up and you don’t see games be sure you're trying to view from games tab, not watch list tab.
After confirming all of the above if you are still unable to see full athlete's profile please notify AGL. If you are receiving an error message let us know what that is and a screen shot would also be helpful.
